Of that Ilk, Renfrewshire, Scotland. Major James Milliken purchased part of the old barony of Johnstone in Renfrewshire in 1733 and changed its name to Milliken, thus making himself Milliken of Milliken. The heiress of the senior branch married General William Napier of Culcruch. Also Ireland of the O'Maoileagain Sept of the same race as the O'Maolagain Sept or the Mulligans as they are generally known of Counties Antrim and Derry.
Arms: Argent, three demi lions rampant gules issuing out of two bars wavy azure, two out of the upper and one from the under bar.
